Probally the Master Chief for me from Halo 3 or Frank from Dead Rising. Both are great main charaters.

The Sarge from the Halo series. Probably the funniest ending to any game was the original Halo legendary ending. Also, pretty much anything the Sarge says is golden.Marine: "I think they smell us..."Sarge: "Then they must like the smell of Bulgari. Yea, that's right. Product placement.
