Ruining... I hate crappy voices... bad characters... complete cheese.. cept DBZ; thats allowed. Ooh... What really gets on my nerves are the females. Let's take Gundam wing. Yaas... five hot boys... and a stupid bimbo blode named Releena who supposedly falls in love with the number one man?! Her wait a minute?! I hate her! "Heeerrrrrrrooooooooooooooooooooo" Gah. Blah. Some of them are alright; I like Winry from FMA... ehhh....

the thing that ruins anime for me is the fact that it exists. anime has to be the worst type of "entertainment" i've ever seen. i've seen tons of different anime shows, and they were all horrible.

Things that ruin anime:Too many filler episodesSuddenly ending the seriesNot including the really cool characters that were there in the mangaPlot HolesReally bad dubbing

I agree, also one of the things that ruin anime is weird/horrible endings, for instance NGE if u haven't seen the movie then u would go 'what the hell does this mean!!'. Another is Mahoromatic Maiden, all the episodes r comical and some action thrown in, but the last episode is sad and gloomy.

I prefer animes that have short but good seperate arcs, rather than the same continuous plot that never gets resolved.

I hate it when the plot gets dragged out like with DBZ.... that's why I like the DBZ movies- cuz they usually don't waist as much time since they only got 2 hours instead of a whole season or saga or whatever

Nothing ruins anime like good old meaningless fanservice, slapstick humour, poorly inspired character designs, botched up animation, terrible seiyuu works, story that goes nowhere, pacing that is as fast as a turtle, etc.

A death ending... You fell in love with a character and all of the sudden he/she/it dies. Gwaaarggghhhh! What gives? Other reasons are a dragging story, unneccesary fan service, and too much angst. Step outside and smell the sunshine, sheesh. Although, if mixed with a good enough story, angst can be acceptable as well.

the thing that ruins anime for me.. is the n00b fans who give it a bad name and overanalyze an anime(when its them who dont see the anime for what it really is) and make it look geeky and dorky and...i mean, its just a friggin show! oh, and the people who bash anime and call the characters emo and blablablabla.. yeah, just a thought.

A show that tries to drag itself out with so many plot twist that dont make any sense. And fillers that arent even good.

Either lots of filler episodes, poor voice acting or plotlines that don't make a lot of sense.

I don't like filler episodes, because they stretch everything for nothing...and the viewers are aware of that.

A lot of things ruin it for me, plot being dragged out, plot being changed from the manga, characters who don't need to be there (the annoying freshmen from Prince of Tennis anyone?), and the list goes on and on and on...

Someone who is not into anime and referring to any of my interests as my "ANIME WORLD" where I meet up with gokou and naruto when I'm tell him about the plot of ghost in the shell... ~sigh~ stereotypes really ruins anything for me.

My opinion? He he... fasten your seetbeltsThe fact that the main villain always has to be present in the hero's town or state. Why cannot apear on the other side of the world so that will make the story more interested, when the hero goes on the jurney to stop the evil. The fact that most anime has ilogical scenes and stories. Take Rockman for example (despite is my favorite anime series): Why does those battle chip creators, don't make apocaliptic chips for net oficers to reclaim the peace in the net against bad guys or viruses?Digimon: is not so realistic... when are those characters ever gonna start starving? They never eat (exept the beginning of the first series)A good example, that I cannot complain is Death Note. Everything is very specific, logic. Corect actions... right reactions from characters when they see a shinigami. Not like another anime that I saw a few days ago, that the main character didn't gest an inch when he saw a monster, like it was something normal in a town of tokyo. The most complaining I have is at the Realistic subject
