The endless fillers like in Naruto., bleach, etc. Also when the character talks a lot while fighting something. Like in Law of Ueki... the main character, ueki just talks a lot about friendship, justice, etc. It gave me the creeps.

Fillers really don't ruin an anime for me as long as it's funny. If it's boring, I still watch it. What ruins an anime for me is the choices of voice for the main characters. If they have super high pitch annoying voices for the main characters, it makes me not want to watch it. Also if the main character is loved by a lot... ;X

What ruins an anime for me is a really bad ending, like one where all the main characters die or the series ends with too many unanswered questions.

I totally agree that Naruto was kept on dragging and dragging when almost 100 of "empty" episodes which made me giving up naruto. Since then, I've switched to Bleach. Hehe.heaps of fillers, its all about the plot, if they cant keep it interesting then the anime is ruined, a little spoiler alert, i think naruto is not worth watching for a while

I hate it when people start talking when someone should be fighting, for instance, in Shipuudenn 42 or 43 Kabuto kept talking when It should have shown Kyuubi and Orochimaru fighting, and when people give you spoilers also. GAH.

Yeah, I agree with a lot of people here. Spoilers really piss me off for one thing. But within the anime itself, it's mostly filler that's completely useless to the plot. That's what I enjoyed about FMA. Very little filler, especially when compared to shows like DBZ. ZOMG 30 EPISODES OF SCREAMING AND YELLING ABOUT HOW I'M GONNA DESTROY YOU LET'S FIGHT OK THE END. Not much story, now is there?

well - i hate fillers - theyre so - well i cant even describe how much i hate themand also i dislike hentai scenes or hentai animes - i mean - a anime should be full of action and friendship and maybe it should be a little philosophicaltenjou tenge would be a really good anime if there werent those hentai scenes

Nothing really *ruins* the anime for me. I tend to be like the people who collect things from dumps; I like what other people don't. This isn't to say I don't like things others do but, it isn't like I'll hate something just because most people do. I'm always striving to be different from people. However, what can really turn me into one of those criticizing anime fans that hates an anime is this: When you go through what...700 episodes and the first villain is still not defeated? I could write a 50-page paper on the reasons too much spotlight for certain characters ruins the show. I could but, to spare you all the torture, I won't type it all here on this forum.

I hate it when an anime/manga has a large amount of ecchi, its ok every once in a while but it gets ridiculous like in Negima
