No. Never. I've always valued my consoles and handhelds, and taking them to school is like asking to have them stolen.

I completely agree with you. I value mine to much to put it at that risk. I don't want to have to wait to the last day of school to get it back.

Back in middle school... heck no. They snatch up all kinds of electronics. Now... heck yeah! My school has a gamers' club even. We pretty much try to bump into everyone as much as possible during our breaks as well. All sorts of handhelds and multiplayer action, and on Fridays we gather for gamers' group. Smash and Halo!

Sorry nope do not take it to school at all unless after school i am going to my friends house and i am not going home first. even then i dont play it. Sorry no offense to you ppl but all the ppl that play at lunch/studyhall/and before school. Are like the wierdest kids i have ever seen. They freak me out, so no i don't play at school on the bus or there because i do not want to become those kids. of course it is summer for me right now so i don't need to worry about that. DS whenever i want now. Althought back in 3rd grade i used to play sapphire all the time at recess so guilty i guess.

I used to bring my handhelds to school all the time. And teachers knew better than to confisicate my stuff. They know that paying hospital bills in the thousands is worse than the cash they get for selling a GBASP.

I brought my gba to school before, but unfortunately, we had an "inspection" one day and it got confiscated. I got a new one though but I never got the old one back. Sigh, didn't even get the game cartridge...

Self-explainitory. Would you bring your handheld to school?Or do you already? (*raises hand* Guilty!)If so, do you play it there, and in which classes? (Lunchtime counts)((I bring my DS to school, unless I have PE, or something where I can't keep it in my purse and on me at all times. I play during lunch and before/after school. I've had it confiscated a total of twice.))DISCUSS!

ya, its kinda boring at lunch so...ya.

I bring my calculator to school and yes it has games on it. But no, unless we have a trip to go to that is a pretty good distance away then i wouldn't bring my handheld game to school. It would make me really lame. I'm not embarrassed or anything but i don't think that it would be cool to bring a gameboy or something to school.

yeah i bring my games to school but its kinda weird to see a adult in college with a gameboy in the middle of class LOL
