i care about graphics to an extent, it depends on the system, the game, and the hype it recieves. like a gba game, not that concerned with graphics, but like gears of war 2, that better have some insane graphics

personally im more of a story kind of guy, if the story is good enough it can make up for other faults in the game, at least to me =P

of course thats why I play a new freaking game to see the "new" graphics at that year and compare games from 2002 with 2008 what graphics changes they did gameplay stuff like that !!

I only care if the graphics are absolutely horrible. (older consoles excluded) Other then that, I'd rather have a game that's better fun-wise then graphic-wise.

Not really. sine we are playing the commercial games for free by downloading from this website.My friend was saying how rubbish the graphics in Fire Emblem was but i love the graphics in FE series.despite if it is in 2D.but compared with games in NES (FC) its improved a lot! (not sure of details about processing) but its like carrying a minimised version of SNES(SFC) although qualities of graphics to vary from games to games. Emulating=Dont complain much, you are playing em free.and games can be bad even it had endless terrabytes of data used in it if the rest (story line etc) are bad.

Graphics are sometimes a deception. Sure a game can look

as hell, but sometimes, those games have the best overral gameplay and enterainment value. So.....if a games graphics are bad, try its gameplay and see if looks good. Look at OoT for an example.

Yup, I care about graphics but i prefer good, fast runing nice game, than laggy boring with super graphic.

Well graphics are always an important part of a game. but they're really not that necessary for me (since my favorite games are the earthbound series)
