On the Wii, no, it has too many things going for it already. For anthing else, yes. Usually bad graphics hint to not much effort, and not a good game.

I like better graphics but i wouldnt not play a game because of its graphics. I play games because they are fun, not have cool music or graphics

Yep indeed, you dont play for the graphics but its an enhancement to the game. Obviously the actual game in terms of control, storyline, development etc are the most important parts of a game...but graphics are like icing on cake =]I like better graphics but i wouldnt not play a game because of its graphics. I play games because they are fun, not have cool music or graphics

I dont care about the graphics IF the game is made well but if has a crappy system and a bad story then the graphics can be the only thing to redeem them.

Good graphics is necessary, as long as it doesn't lag up the whole game.

actually, no. I'm currently playing harvest moon 2 and not caring about the poor graphics. although I am irritated by the slow throttle.

its just icing but graphics add to the experience... when i first got my xbox and put halo in and played it i was blown away with the graphics cos' it was the MOST apparent thing at the time but later on i dug into the story.

i like from bad graphic to superb graphic, but if game play is ugly or game system not friendly whenever it have superb graphic i dont want to play it.

I don't really care about the graphic as long as the games have a good storyline, I'll be happy. To me the plot of the story is more important; game such as Final Fantasy VI, which does not have as good of a graphic. But still prove to be enjoyable to many.

Not really, a lot of the older games, especially strategy games, are much harder than newer games.

yes i do care about the graphics.its an important parameter in gaming.good graphics means good game experience.the pkmn diamond and pearl have good graphics than the Gba versions.when playing PC games ill have to reduce the graphics coz the game gets slow(my video card is very old and i cant afford a new one)

Graphics is indeed important! that is what the game is all about! graphics also determine if the game has been welly produced a not.

Given that I still own an Atari 2600, Vectrex, NES, and SNES, and still /play/ each of them...graphics don't mean as much to me. I think a lot of game companies are trying to be too graphics intensive...to cover up that innovation is lacking nowadays. There are still some innovations...but others seem to lag behind. I'd rather have old classics, like Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Tetris, Pokémon, what have you, than eventually see the 23rd version of Monster Rancher, where you can now scan you and your friends' DNA to get new monsters, and can see the glistening of sweat once you've worked them too hard.

I do care for Graphics. It makes the gameplay more colorful.
