I'm really looking forward to the release of this title. I hope they redo the graphics and stuff, even if they don't, I'd be fine with just the same ol' game with some touch screen addition. Too bad us English readers won't be getting it till mid~ 2009.

I find it ok if they keep the graphics because I'm a sprite fan. But if there are gameplay bugs/changes that need to be made I hope they do that. A mild update on graphics somehow would be nice too.

Yeah, if your going to re-release chronotrigger at least update it in someway. I remember on the SNES scrolling down single the duel then triple tech in one box is just awkward during battles.

I'd have to say Chrono Trigger is one of my favourite RPGs of all time. When I heard they announced this for the DS I was so bloody excited. I really cannot wait for it.

Chrono Triger was one of the first RPG that i ever played (along with BOF) i really loved it, up until now it's one of my favorite, so i'm really especting this

yeah chrono trigger is a great game it too a long time but the skills and story could be different depending on what you do so there were like 10 different endings

I never got to finish CC, so this will be a good time for me to play it all the way, Playing that game on the go will be awesome, only thing that sucks will probably be that you can't save everywhere... that's not good for a handheld game :)It's gonna be a port not a remake which sucks too.

In case you guys didnt know, They have already annouced a remake of chrono trigger on the DS. As to what new things they have added is beyond me, however the ps1 version plays fine on my psp so i don't know if i want to beat it again on a 3rd platform (counted ps1/psp as one since it was the same game)

I can't wait until this game comes out. I am a huge fan of Chrono Trigger. Hope they change some stuff but not too much that it will be too different!

As soon as we get a release date, I am pre-ordering this. I loved the original, I just hope that they stick to what it was, and do not make it too touch screen gimmicky (I like touch screen games, but I just want this one to stick close to the original).

Question: Is anyone else able to pass by the first teleporter in the game? When downloaded for an r4 I mean. My game will go into the small scene when you are teleporting to 600 AD, but it just keeps going and going.
