Most definitely Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition.I remember everything; spending 3 consecutive hours noticing that the plant was not a Bellsprout, and the stairs weren't a Gastly; first getting my Pikachu and working out how the game actually works (yeah, I'm a little slow...); spending about half an hour trying to catch a Machop because I kept accidentally killing them; getting Mewtwo... I could go on for ever. Also, possibly, Final Fantasy I. Though I played that more recently, it sticks in my memories often. Especially Chaos. Jerk.

Xenogears. Brilliant story and although a bit on the long side, it was entertaining and deep the entire way. Runner up: DragonForce for Saturn. if you've ever played it then you know why

A definition of "memorable" would help me a lot, 'cause there are tons of games that stuck with me over the course of years...Choosing one, I'll get Diablo II. One of the best PC games ever made, one of the few that actually took hours and hours of my life I'll never get back again. And I don't regret it. :(In case you're wondering, one of the others was Super Mario Bros. 3. Oh, old times...
