honestly its like 50 cents a day for a game that i have a lot of fun playing. no biggie. Its really cheap.

The "addiction" is just something that happens to everyone thats new to MMOs, your first MMO will always be like "OMG I CANT PUT THIS DOWN" then you will begin to notice if the game is really good or not after you play a few more MMOs 
the only reason that people getting addicted to it is so well known is because before WoW there wasnt nearly as large of a player base for MMOs, so for a ton of people WoW was their first MMO.

I love playing it, don't get on very much and I've got a 61 hunter so you don't have to have no life in order to play. Plus I've met alot of interesting people that are fun to chat with.

Warcraft is a waste without DoTA, i say. I think Warcraft rocks and you can create games via map editor

I think so. I played it for about 4 or 5 months, before I got completely bored with it. It's really little more than a grind fest to 70, with no real story to tie all of the side quests together.

When the game first came out, I though it was going to be really good, but I got kinda disapointed, I think there's a couple of free internet games out there that are as good as world of warcraft

I really like the game, it does get boring, but you just have to find the cool places. I love going to Auberdine at lvl 12, and the Barrens too. Its just fun to actually play with millions of real-life people. I LOVE IT!Hey everyone, I've been playing World Of Warcraft for (like...) 5 hours and I don't really see why people rated this as the #1 Game Online...

WoW is cool it gives the players a sense of purpose in the game...and the lvling aint too bad i dinged 70 2 weeks after the crusade muhahahahaa im kinda slow i admit but raiding is the *bleep* fun and ganking newbs!!! yeah!!! ganking noobs!!!!~~~

Paladin for the win. They don't PWN as much as Mages, but they get to wear armor and wear cool swords. + they can heal!

I love rogues, i just love the whole sneaking around where noone can see you thing. Also I love my warlock, hes great to play.But sadly I quit a few months ago, so I get to play neither

Rogue's are my favorite. they're pretty good with one handed swords too

I personally enjoy playing warriors the most, despite my main being a rogue. I've just always liked the idea of being able to use two handed weapons and being up close to the action.

I'm biased, being I still play the game and all. I find the game to fill it's purpose, to kill time and have fun. I like the integration between PvE and PvP and how Blizzard found a way to make grinding 'less' painful and dry than it already was from playing other MMORPGs. The game really picks up when you reach the end-game content and let's you choose how you want to spend your time. The reason I chose WoW over Guild Wars is because I like to do some PvE content over just PvP content. The game promotes working with other people and I feel that building friendly relationships with other people seems pretty important, you can choose to run an instance with other people if you like or choose to start an arena team and participate in tournaments. My point is this, if you can afford to play the game and have a lot of time to kill the money you put into the subscription fee is worth the gameplay you get in return.

I personally think it's one of the best )if not the bestin at LEAST the PC world if not overall.There's a lot to do and it's a big world to do so muchbut the $15 a month is kind of a painopinions?

um lets see, i don't play it, one of the best i guess so since i here it everywhere, i'm the type who wold not waste money on pixels each months and sit there for 6 hours infront ofthe comp like my cousin.
