i've been playing WoW for the last couple of months, and in all honesty im sick of it, once the "thrill" of playing with friends wears off, you realise that your either repeatedly completing the same tasks again and again or spending hours grinding

I never liked WoW. No offense, but it has too much of a 'nerdy' community. The only reason I even played it to begin with was because I had friends who started playing it.

I honestly can't understand why people still play retail. S4 is coming out... woo hoo. Other than the hardcore gamers, it's pretty pointless to keep playing anymore

Why is every one downing WoW>.> i mean i thought this was a gamer site>.> I'll admit the quests get repetitive but once you hit a level cap like 70 the game really begins. The online communication is getting great my guild is like family to me now. And as long as you play an ok amount its not a wast of money. If you play like 2 times a week they yeah it is. But to me WoW is one of the greatest games ever. Depends on who you surround yourself with.And too nerdy

I haven't touched WoW for 3 months now. Then again I am being occupied by PSP and NDS and FT.Still, I AM MISSING OUT ON MY SEASON 2 SET. Wow was great during beta and the first months of retail. Then it was just as if the completely changed around the dev team and the game did a 180 turn. Today, the game is an extreme carrot on a stick. You HAVE to play for hours on end or you just won't be able to compete in any way. You are completely forced into a play style by Blizzard and I hate it.I loved WoW but they completely changed the way the game is.

Have you played other mmorpgs? At least its easy to reach max level. For most mmorpgs. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH MAX LEVEL IF YOU HAVE A LIFE. And that is why WoW kicks ass.

I played this game since my cousin let me play during the beta.Probably around 10 level 70s across a few accounts. My main character was a gnome mage on dragonmaw. Used to do arena a lot, my 2v2 was ranked 32 and that's the highest it got. I have downed Illidan and that's the farthest I got in pve.My 70 warrior, mage, rogue and druid were banned though.I botted, hah.I still have more accounts but the game is kinda boring if you're not in the highest arena ranks or raiding the hardest end game content.

Patch 2.4.3 is pretty good. Finally a lowered mount cost and level requirement for the noob mount. Makes me wanna kill myself after having to waste so much gold on so many alts... Now to lower flying mounts.

I used to play wow(official) for 3 months and now i stopped because there are too many private servers now and i don't want to spend my money anymore!

Well now that WoW is out now, I can say that it is an amazing game. Anyone who doesn't have it are missing out on a bunch of stuff. So save up and get WoW
