Jeez , this game gave me a heaven of a whooping when I came across it. First of all, i expected a game with a choice of stealth or slashing gameplay styles, but it turned out to force the player (me) to fight in opened sight, what's stealth about it, NOTHING! The game is not stealth-kill based, it only allows it, from time to time. There are also targets which you cannot kill without everyone recognizing you. That sucks. But I like the free roaming on the city's architecture, the depth of the Plot as well. (IMO mannt peps don't value the plot exactly because it's depth, importance and God topics) The game started to gave me much more fun when I turned off all the HUD, well... and when i learnde to make reversal kills with the hidden blade. Its a very good game, with things lacking ( like the save system ) with underestimated elements ( Plot ) and with unexpectedly inacomplished designs of gameplay ( stealth ) Briefly, a strong 8,5/10 ... i like it and I know why, i know people who don't and i also know why and I respect that. BTW i first played it on PS3 and the game froze a couple of times when i was rushing things, then i played on the Xobx360 i saw no differences concernig the graphics ( c'mon its the same grids and textures, the diferences are made by TV options & quality ) and i managed to freez the game as well, though this time deliberately. Than i played the patched PS3 and noticed some civilian pop-up's but the game ceased to freez. A big RED card for the game designers, allowing the player to rush, but not preparing the dynamic loading to pair with that. lame UBISOFT, basically thats all ...

Yep! it is a great game, it also reminds me of God of War. there are plenty skills to master.The game is made by Ubisoft and on the trailer shown in Gamer TV, I saw that the gameplay is quite similar to Prince of Persia's game play. So is the animation when the charecter hangs on the wall and stuff. I bet it is going to be one of the best-selling games for the PS3. What do you guys think?

This game isnt really that good i bought it and its basicly the same actions over and over through out the whole game not even a new weapon.

I rented this game after seeing the trailer and gameplay for it. I didn't know what to expect. When I started playing the game I had a blast playing it. Then later in the game, I started getting somewhat bored. The reason for this is because of how repetitive it is. I'm not bashing the game, I just feel that you are doing the same stuff over and over again. Of course, no game is perfect. This game is a great game though, but I would recommend to rent this game as you can beat it in a somewhat short period of time.

This game is liek the worse game on PS3 yet the graphics ain t that great and the gameplay is worse its kinda like Prince of Persia where you do the same thing over and over...

Yeah it is almost like Prince of Persia. Me and my cousin loved the prince of persia games and now Assassins creed is even better.

After finally getting to play Assassin's Creed, I was instantly hooked. I pulled several all-nighters...probably not the best idea.

i own a copy, and at first i loved it, it has terrific graphics and the game play is great, but as you progress though the game it becomes a bit tedius in my opinion. having said that i'd still go back and buy it.

Its an awesome game... but i think it repeats itself a lot... the missions that you do before the assassination is almost always the same thing and the bird drop thing only impresses you once....Still i think this is a worthy game to get and I dont regret getting it

assassin's creed is a decent game, but it is far too repetitive. I like it, but that us a serious issue that many people have brought up.
