I'm a lefty but I dunno, I've been playing games for years on all sorts of platforms and I've never had trouble with the controls (my friends and family insist I'm ampidextrous >_>)

I'm a lefty but usualy everything is fine unless its a fps. If its on a console it stinks if there isn't a way to switch the anolog sticks.

I've never had any problems with using my left hand...The only thing I find difficult is with games like HM:DS where you have to use the D-Pad to move and the tough screen to do other things at the same time.Usually, I hold the stylus in my left hand and I hold the DS in my right hand, using my stylus to tap the D-Pad.

At least they have a right or left hand option in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.Errgh... and I don't exactly know how you feel, since I'm right-handed.What difference does it make?

The difference is that you need to hold the stylus in your left hand and you can reach the right button with you right.

I'm not, but my brother is. He doesn't report having any problems, so I guess it is A-OK. Actually, the screen is perpendicularly positioned in relation to left-right, So I don't se any real problem anyway...

Yes, but that doesnt stop me from playing any video games that requires a right hand, Im used to using my left & right hands anyway... So, its OK.
