I'm a righty, but being that, I always did wonder if lefty's have problems with certain controllers and the DS especially, all I can say is I hope you find a solution to your problem.

Left-handed? Yes. Problems? No. I know how to use the stylus pretty well with my left hand... but then again, I have to use my mom's DS to use the stylus.

I'm a lefty, and games which just require basic pointing don't bother me, but I just came off playing a game which requires a fair bit of hand-eye coordination and it's kinda difficult when objects scroll from left to right of the screen and I can't see them coming because my left hand is in the way. Don't fair too well with game scores when it comes to this. Lefties have to deal with little minor inconveniences, the direction in which to drag the stylus is counter to what feels natural for us, and even the little buttons you have to point at is positioned in a manner that is just not intuitive. That's not just limited to gaming on the DS alone though, it applied to everyday living for us pretty much.

No I am not a left handed person. Though I do wonder sometimes if they have trouble playing because there dominant hand it on the direction keys instead of the A,B etc. keys.

Yeah it's a pretty unfair problem, I'm not a lefty but I'm not agnostic to the fact of understanding this could be a problem. I like to see some games ask you if you are a lefty/righty at the beginning, since it is a pretty big problem to overcome.

I have the same problem, not many of the games that I have tried have the option of switching your dominate hand. Most of the time things will come up on the left side were my hand blocks the view. You get use to it eventually.

well for the most part, being a lefty does not disturbe the game playing process. except for games like geometry war where they force you to use your right hand to hold the stylus and the left hand on the control pad.

I don't have any problems with playing games as I only look for games with left handed options. It sucked at the beginning when most developers forgot about left handers (looking at you Konami) as it required some use of the touch screen but was hard to aim properly while moving.
