I would say 1st perosn in genral but for games like Mass Effect and red dead 3rd works out much better cause its not all fighting .

i like 3rd person the most with the exception of the metroid games, these are 1st person except the newest metroid game that will come out in a couple months, realy looking forward.

First person because it takes you right into the game.
