I believe we should have more than 493 pokemon but less than 700

I would say we need more so we could make the pokemon games a bit more challenging.And also if they add more pokemon,they would probably add more maps and stuff.

Okay, lets look at a bad comparison. The digimon creativists definitely ran out of thinking fuel later on. I don't think pokemon should be like that either. SOme people might say "oh, but the new pokemon are still good", but no! 400 is enough already! I even thought the 3rd generation was pushing it a bit.

more and more pokemon are always ok. i just want new ones. as long as there are new attacks and new types of pokemon you can never have too many.I believe we should have more than 386 pokemon but less than 700

yeah you can never have too many.....more and more pokemon are always ok. i just want new ones. as long as there are new attacks and new types of pokemon you can never have too many.

I think that most of you are thinking the wrong way about this. If the question was: "Do you think 386 good cool usefull pokemonīs are enough?", I sure would answer :"No,there should be more"! But in 386 pokemon that exist I might like 40! So yes 386 are enough, no more useless,good for nothing pok's that have almost the same attacks and the same type! I donīt know who creates the new pokemons but the creator/s sure is/are all out of imagination!

Defintely less. The original 150 where far more original. Afterwards, it's almost as if the designers where running out of ideas. Having less pokemon overall would mean each pokemon species could be better developed and better balanced.

what your saying is true but the original pokemon at least a few of them weren't that good like the egg pokemon and porygonI liked the original 150 and if they could make pokemon like the then I would want more but they haven't been making the best pokemon lately.

The original 150 Pokemon were to many for me and now, they have like over 400. I like to stick with the old 150 Pokemon.

with the new sinnoh region there should be about 494 pokemon so far. thats a 108 addition to the 386 in existence

the new game and the new chapter of the anime now has more pokemon. i think the number or pokemon will reach 600. i guess more pokemon would be nice, because more types/moves will be made, thus more game. but don't make too much pokemon, everyone will get mixed up and forgot the 3 original: bulbasaur, squirtle and charizard. i mean chameleon.

while its fun to see you all think that you need more...i happen to agree for a reason. the pokemon in all regions like jhoto,kanto those two regions compliment each other...especially in ..i think it was crystal...or silver and gold and now we have the lonely hoenn...of course its gonna need another region for another crossover like it did with the johto and kanto regions. and to do this you would need different pokemonso obviously the creators would need to pull them out of somewhere. there is a problem though....with all the new pokemon the ideas are plentiful...HOWEVER the designs are not, they can run out the ideas cannot...i hope you can see where i am going with this.
