Fighting games are really fun, but not for GBA, I downloaded SF alpha 3 for gba, downloaded it for MAME and then tried to play the GBA again, I just couldn't....

Well, I guess I consider Kidou Senshi a fighting game so that would be the only game (as of now) "fighting" wise that I like.

Working on Knights in the Nightmare. Going to get around to Rondo of Swords. Hoping to find inspiration for Etrian.

I like them...but when time passes they become boring and repetitive....unless you have a friend to play with....but that's is not my case

hate them on GBA, fighting games should stick to console and stay away from handhelds. I don't like my fighters to be small and sounds weird...

I Like Tekken but trying to do more complex moves on PSP is extremely hard due to the fact that the PSP has trouble figuring out that you are pressing diagonally but on consoles and in arcades its much better.

my friend luvs fighting games and has almost all the KoF's, street fighter etc. games, but i just don't feel the same. it is kind of fun to kick his butt, but it isn't enough to change my opinion. maybe i just haven't found the right game, maybe not.

I agree with you entirely. Fighting games suck. They're only good at first but then they just get annoying. It's the same thing over and over again. You just stop caring after a while and it's just like OMG screw this so boring. They're only good whrn you're fighting someone else who's good a.k.a. not the computer.

Try a game called Bloody Roar2 the new breed and tell me fightinggames dont rock houses

Dude Bloody Roar was indeed the best fighting game around I agree with you too.

It is very true that many fighting games are repetitive on single player mode, but on the other hand when you have a group of 4 or more human players pitted against each other on a good fighter like Mortal Kombat or Tekken and you have yourself the potential for a VERY good game.

Sometimes i like and sometimes i dislike fighting games....Plaing the same gae over and over again makes it boring, but if i haven't played it for a long time and then with the company of friends.Sure fighting games are the best...I play tekken, Soul caliber, mortal combat, DOA just every fighting game i have for the PS2 and X-box

I love fighters. Mostly the oldies, like Street Fighter. Guilty Gear X renewed my love for the games after I got my PS2. I hadn't play a fighting game since SF2 back when I had my Sega Genesis, which was about 10 years before. Tekken is fun, for about half an hour, then you pull off that combo that takes off 60% of your opponents health, throw him, and win the match in 10 seconds. I like the animated ones, like Street Fighter and GGX. They add a little bit of flair and color to LOL, LEFT PUNCH!

Fighting games are only fun when you reach a competitive/high level of play. Seriously, who wants plays against AI opponents...

Most fighting games are only fun multiplayer, but hey, some fighting games are great. I'm saving up DPs so I can get Mortal Kombat 4, to try it out. Super Smash Bros. Melee is also excellent... even though I'm not very good at it ;O

I love fighting game's. My brother introduced them to me and I'm hooked. My fave genre after RPG and Strategy type game. I love 2D fighters like SF3: TS, Mark of the Wolves, KOF, Guilty Gear Accen Core, KOF and Melty Blood. I some 3D stuff like Virtua Fighter series, Tobal series, and Soul Calibur series as well. I don't know if I can class as fighting game but Bushido blade realism is really cool too.

I wonder if Shooting/Fighting game hybrids like Acceleration of Suguri or Senko no Ronde count as fighting games...
