I have tendonitis and I have large hands (I am 6' 1") so it can put a hurting on me after a 3 hour session of Harvest Moon.

Sometimes my eyes hurt while playing, but that's because I'm very sleepy, but I don't want to stop playing. But not for other reasons. I don't know what the problem is.

If you get eye pains, you've been playing too long. You blink like 1/4th of the time than normal because you're too concentrated.

well outside of mario party 64 and the old mortal combats (where you attacked your friend for being a button masher or block hoe) no game especially ds ever hurt

i actually have repetitive strain injury in my left hand, mainly thumb area, from gaming. Not the DS's fault entirely, but i do play quite a bit.

I dont really get pains, (unless im playing with a stiff d-pad...) but im sure as you kno, while ur playing u should focus on an object thats far away every 45 minutes. or u might get like.. dunno wats it called.. but like blury visions while trying to focus on things that are far away.. and thats just a pain to have to get, wear glasses and contacts..but prolly not the same pain u are talking about

It's usually my fingers who gets all the pain. I don't know why, but I'm kinda used to glare and stuff. It's my fingers who gets cramped up after a few hours of play (probably the Lite wasn't built for my fingers, ha ha). And the occasional back aches (which are easily solvable by playing on the bed).

Haha for me, mainly pain comes for the over brightness of the game screen cos I play often in the dark. Stiff necks do kick in when I played long enuff though... ^_^

My eye's start to hurt after playing for a couple hours straight. Also at one point in time I was a dishwasher at a local restaurant and my hands got all messed up from being in the dirty water for so long and after playing my ds for like two and a half hours I stoped playing my ds and when I looked at it I saw that it had blood all over the back of it.

Playing a DS is like relaxing when compared to active computer or xbox playing.Although doing the poffin thing in pokemon diamond really tires me.
