Depending on the game usually my left palm hurts when playing an intensive game like Metroid Prime Hunters where I'm being forceful and harsh for no conscious reason. Other than that, a mildly stiff neck from craning my neck too much when I shouldn't.

I get thumb cramps, when I'm playing action games etc. otherwise nothing really, unless its a cold day and I get a headache from concentrating too much. (Hi! I'm new!)

yeah...puzzle games will do that to you. I remember once I was playing Extreme GIII racing on the Gamecube, and I finished a race at first, and my eyes hurt like hell. I hadn't blinked for about 5 or 10minuites straight. x_x

Your eye hurts probaly because you don't have enough rest , try to sleep more and play less ! if not it means your eyes is too dry , Get some eye wash . My eye doesn't hurt , but after holding the stylus and play for some time , my hand hurts . so yea . they probaly should improve on the design abit more .

I have big hands so sometimes I get a little uncomfortable for long gaming sessions.

So far, it's just been smooth, uninterupted gameplay. Except for 1 lost progression due to battery failure.

My hands would cramp up from Metroid Prime: Hunters easily, and I bet I don't need to explain why. It was fun, but my goodness how it hurt to control Samus. Other than that I think the only other game I had a hurtin' from was Mario Kart. My hands would just get sore after playing for awhile. I'm on a DS Lite though, so that's where I'm guessing this is all coming from. I guess my hands are too big for it. Wouldn't of minded if it was just a little thicker though, in that case.

both my thumbs hurt if i play New super mario bros & Age of empires.my left hand won't last long when playing metroid prime hunters.my right arm won't last long when playing zoo keeper.but all that can be fixed because of the mobility of DS.i just lie, crouch, stand, sit and etc to find most comfortable position.

Ive never had any such pains when playing with any video game. For me when i play MKDS, i snake ALOT and love to PRB all the time so ive came up with a solution. I just use vaseline on the buttons so they slip n slide! Therefore just a little force is put in button pushing.

Usually my arms hurt when I'm holding my DS without any kind of support, and I have this tendency to hold the stylus too tightly, causing the skin on my middle finger to swell up on one side.
