I have to say that it seems to that the average european just just to big hands to play for a longer time. My fingers are always hurting if a play over a longer period. Maybe its just because the design has not been adjusted corecctly to adults or its just because of asian hands being smaller most of the time.

the sliding thing of mariokart hurts my thumb. and when i play in the car i get dizzy and my eyes feel like theyre gonna pop out. but thats just stupid on my part.:D

my left hand gets so sore from holding the DS while playing lost magic cuz u usually hold it with 1 hand and the other is for the stylus

I get pretty bad headaches if i play for too long or if my breaks from playing it are too short. It happens to me the most from either playing too much of a console like Ps2 or Computer normally. Doesn't happen as frequently if i was playing gba or something.

I have a cramp in my thumb from pressing the ABXY buttons. I think they were placed too close together...

My eyes usually get itchy from time to time..and the only solution is to sleep tbh :s

After playing my right eye often is shrugging. But after sleeping is it mostly no more.

anyones eyes would hurt if you played to long personally i dont over do it till my eyes hurt but i do hurt my thumb once in a while.

Nothing about me gets in pain from playing games. My hands get really sweaty sometimes though which can get annoying.

playing on the ds is fine, on the psp i start to get cramps, once while playing on the ps1 got a huge blister on my thumb

If you hold the DS Lite weirdly, it can give you cramps in the thumb just because it's so small. Just stop playing for a while and come back to it after an hour or two.

my eyes hurt after a while...

The only pain I get is when my hands go to sleep from playing too long... and when the corner digs the palm of my hand.
