Wizards can cast long range spells, and you can never expect something from them if you do not know the elemental type they are.

thief . i like quick classes over those who has high attack or high defence . for me thieves at the most balanced character . hehe .can deal damage in a a very fast way . plus can avoid attacks to compensate for its lack of def .

Thief. The good thing about thiefs but you don't see in many games is that Thiefs can steal anything... like your enemies weapon o.O

Yeah, I love the thieves and the rogues. There fast, they have high attack, they can steal, and they can avoid being attacked all together. Plus I also think it takes much more different form of skill to play a thief then a swordsmen or a mage.

I considered the battler/monk option cause I figured Paladin would be classified there, and I would love to be a Paladin.

Mages are always the best and are always the backbone of the party. without them you wouldn't be able to defeat some enemies.

Swordsmen. I like the HP and Defense boost along with the ability to hack things into pieces with a few well placed power blows from your extremely dense and heavy two handed sword.

I personally like swordman in rpg games but if the games are like tatics, i choose wizard because it is far range giving it a upper hand when fighting melee users

I prefer wizards almost exclusively. I like the classic black mage, but if there's something like a dark knight or something I'll look into it too. Got to love the FFXI dark knites. Also, I'm a huge fan of the Red Mage types that you see in FF all the time. Versatillity is king.

I would choose a Swordsman for heavy damage + protection, Mage for powerful spells from behind, thief is okay, and a cleric/healer for buffs and healing.

I like more mages , there so many types of magic so i want to discover them all of course thief good to but always doing same thing

stealing , running , etc.

Theifs, but only if you're lucky. Usually with faster moving units, you'll get to strike more often, but less powerful, duh, but the catch for me is weather I can dodge the other guys attack...

I would choose wizard or magician. They can use defensive spells on themselves. Then they can blast away their enemies.
