i just duped the master ball on my red game and caught all the pokemon i wanted...of course i had to train my pokemon too...and ive used ultraball or something to catch mewtwo

red, yellow: did't used it, i catched mewtwo with great ball (really)silver: on entei, suicune or raikou, the one who appearedruby: latios, grudon with timer or ultra ball, and rayquaza toofire red: with mewtwo, i would have liked to keep it, but mewtwo didn't wanted to be caughtcoloseum (GCN): metagross:) (GCN): haven't finished it (i think using it on lugia)i don't own the others, so i can't say

i never used masterballs in anygames except for ruby saph and emerald on latias and latios

I've always utilized a glitch to duplicate my masterball(s)...so pretty much anything that's freakin' annoying to catch. If I had to choose, though...I'd pick Latios(as)...they always ran, and were pretty tough to kill if you trapped them.

I use them on the Pokemon that run away. In Silver/Crystal I used them on the last dog, which was usually Raikou for me. In LeafGreen I used it on Moltres, because I found him tough, and on Ruby I used it on Latias.
