ooo..i could use it on pokemon dat always run away..as i could take long time to find them again..pokemon lyk latios,latias could be a gd choice..pokemon dat stays dere is not so diff..as u could save b4 dat to capture..N once u kills it,juz restart e game to continue catchin it..

depends on the version, on the first ones zapdos, the second versions one of the dogs, and for the third i used it on the psychic/dragon birds

Uh.. I've nevered use the masterball on any legendaries that I can just reset.. I save mine for any shinies that I may run into.

in red and blue i always used the 99 items cheat to make an infinite number of pokeballs

In Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald--->Latios/Latias because these two run away after the first turn and are very hard to confront after that...Fire Red/Leaf Green--->Suicune/Raikou or Entei (depending on the starter) because searching the entire Kanto for them already makes you annoyed and you dont want to spend more time capturing it. What if they escape?I would use Masterball on Rayquaza but since it is possible to capture it in Ultraballs, I would rather not. As for Red/Blue/Yellow/Silver/Gold, I have only played through the first two or three gyms for those so I dont really know much about them.

Mewtwo for Red, Blue, and Yellow.Registeel(Because I caught everything else that I supposedly "NEEDED" to catch with a MasterBall) for Ruby. Regirock for Emerald, and and Regiice for Sapphire.And, I thiiiiink... The opposite of your version's legendary for Gold and Silver.

in silver and gold i havent found lugia yetin saphire and emreld i caught raquysa with the master ball i caught the rest with ultra balls.and in blue and red i caught mewtwo.and thats all the pokemon games i have played.

in red and fire red i used it on mewtwo and in newer game i used it on rayquaza coz those two are so hard to catch

it isn't really necessary to use the master ball really. ultra balls will do for all, except it takes a bit of patience.

i uses the masterball on many pokemopn in my whole pkmn gaming life but i've used it the mopst on mewtwo in all red and fire versions

R/B/Y: Mewtwo. In Yellow, I caught all the legendary birds with regular Poké Balls once. It wasn't even that hard, Articuno only took two balls, the others not much more. >_< So Mewtwo's the only worthwhile thing to use it on.G/S/C: One of the dogs, of course. Or I could cheat... X3R/S/E: Lati@s, those two are just so annoying otherwise...

I usually dont have to use my masterball, but if i had to i would use it on Rayquaza because he is just so hard to catch!

Red/Blue/Yellow - MewtwoCrystal - The 1st dog i findSapphire - I used mine on kyroge though in Hindsight, that was a bad idea (I spent about 4 days trying to catch Rayquaza with ultra balls)

In G/S/C > Mewtwo; in R/B/Y/G > Lugia; in FR/LG > Ho-Oh; R/S/E > I havent use it yet, as I captured all my legendaries (up to now) with great balls ... B)
