Aww, i was gonna point out pupitar. Its so slow, and weak, but Tyranitar, now thats a different story. Pwns. Not sure, but its like the same thing as bagon. Bagon is pretty weak, but Salamance is awsome! And dont forget trapinch either

dun think anyone mentioned Tyrogue...I believe it only has tackle b4 evolvingand when it evolves, it kicks (or punch??) @ss...lol~others I think ppl mentioned already, Magikarp, Feebas, Abra, Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple...etc

magicarp feebas and ralts are all three weak when u capture them but when they evolve they become powerful

I think it is Magikarp. He even can not be taught with HM surf . But when envolved, a Gygados is not bad. A true dragon with much power!

Magikarp evolving into Gyrados is an obvious one. Thinking outside the box, I can say Slowpoke Evolving into Slowbro. Slowpoke isn't too bad, but its stats almost double once it evolves. Except for HP.

Magikarp is the Weakest Period. He Doesn't hardly do any damage, But once he Evolves, All Right Gyarados Time.

Not if you capture metapod first. =/ Then it really sucks and it's like having a Magikarp. And I think I caught a Magikarp with more than just Splash before...not sure, though. @-@Not true.If you train a Caterpie into a Metapod, it will still have the attacks it has when it was a Caterpie.

Bah...Everyone forgets faitful pupitar.And such LATENT power.Seriously, even Magikarp can't touch having to evolved all the way to LEVEL 50 before reaching its final stage.Imagine sitting through all that to get to 50.

I also think the same except that abra is also really cool when it evolves!Both Magikarp and Feebas. They both suck really bad and evolve into actually good Pokemon (Gyarados and Milotic).

for me, it would be feebas, althogh i haven't caught one yet. it rocks when it becomes milotic unlike magikarp because he evolves to gyrados and gyarados is so weak against electric.

totally agree, but im gonna add ralts to the listTo me, weak Pokemon that evolve into strong Pokemon are:-Magikarp-Feebas-Abra (when it gets to Alakazam, it pwns
)-Beldum (it's only attack hurts itself)
