I think that Lotad/Seedot are pretty weak to start, and their final evolutions don't learn attacks via level up, they only have decent ones from tms or if you can be bothered to train up Nuzleaf/Lombre to like, level 60? Other than that I think Bugs and Magikarp are weak to start.
what pokemon do u think is really weak and envolves really strong?

i think magicarp they suck really bad and evolve into actually good Pokemon (Gyarados)

Magikarp is really weak , byt when it evovlves ....... Gyarados it's one of the strongest pokemons

Aside from Magikarp and Feebas and all those other meant-to-be-weak-and-then-strong guys... I'd have to throw my vote in with Zubat and Swinub. Then again, that's because their final evolutionary forms were pretty bad until relatively recently (Crobat in G/S/C and... well, it's a secret for the other one).

I prefer Magikarp, i never caught feebas, so i dont know.Not true.If you train a Caterpie into a Metapod, it will still have the attacks it has when it was a Caterpie.

I like the way that everyone [loves to] hate[s] Magikarp, it is a pile of @$$. Every Pokemon game isn't complete without a terrible floppy fishy thingy that evolves into a dragon that can use thunder for no reason or a long@$$ eel thing with magic powers!

i think magikarp because it evolves into a gyradose which is really strong and magikarp is a really weak pokemon.

Magikarp is weak in its fish form, what with just splash as its attack but when it evolves into a water/dragon type Gyrados, it gets the ability to learn fire type moves aside from its own, despite the fact that it is a water type. I doubt there are any other pokemon on the same level as Magikarp, but then again, I haven't taken a look at the new pokemon...

thats the easiest, magikarp, the only move he has is splash then he learns tackle and evolves into gyrados at 20, sweet

You know that everyone will have the useless fish, but have you ever tried to use dratini if you can't get him until later in the game. He is very hard to train but if you can get him to a dragonite he can wail on people.
