i belive mapikarp evoling is really good although acording to the pokedex in fire red it did once be one of the strongest pokemon in the land.

I know two such pokemon:-magikarp cuz it evolves into gyrados andhas powerful moves like hyper beamfeebas cuz it evolves into milotic the mostbeautiful water pokemon

I think its magikarp. Its so hard to train especially when it only has splash. But Gyarados is a really strong pokemon once you train it well.

I think Seedot is such a vast waste of effort as to begin with, all it knows is bide. Almost anything can beat it at that level. And Shiftry is no recompense.

i thinks it's pupitar. Even Pupitar isn't as weak as magikarp, it's still considered as weak pokemon, but whenever it's evolves into Tyranitar, it's insanely strong ^^

I would have to say Abra and Magikarp. They both have ridicuolous attacks, but when they evolved they become amazingly strong. I would also say caterpie and weedle because they evolve into the stupid cacoons

The weakest is Magikarp. At first it's almost useless but if trained correctly it can be a Gyrados.

magikarp is the weakest poke. in th game all it does is splash but then turns into garados ... but i dont like garados either so i go with FEEBASor i would think cacoona since all it knows is harden
