i would have to say magicarp, at first he only knows splash, but when he evolves he learns things lke hyper beam and dragon rage

Like everybody has already said, Magikarp is obviously one of the weaker useless Pokes that evolves into a serious powerhouse. All he knows is Splash, but he eventually learns Tackle and Flail later, whcih makes him a little-less useless.Feebas is also weak, but it can learn TMs/HMs, which makes it better than Magikarp.Abra is another extremely weak Pokemon which evolves into something strong, and it can learn TMs/HMs like Feebas.Then there's all the weak Bug Pokemon you encounter in the beginnings of most of the games Caterpie -> MetapodWeedle -> KakunaWurmple -> Silcoon/CascoonEven then, most Pokemon start out really weak, and then get stronger and stronger when they evolve.

i would pick oddish, weedle, caterpie, magikarp, wurmple, feebas, larvitar, and dratini.skiploom and poliwag maybe.

In my opinion, larvitar is pretty weak, but then it becomes really strong when it becomes tyranitar.

I'd have to say Magicarp, Abra (unless in silver, gold or crystal where you can teach him the elemental punches) , Feebas and Ralts. Those always give me a hard time =/

Well, I think the differences between Dratini and its later evolutionary states are huge. I mean, watching the stats as I leveled it up, they all skyrocketed when it evolved into Dragonite.

Magikarp and who wouldn't agree? Gyarados is almost legendary in stats and movepool compared to a measly karp which just splashes around.

The weak Pokemon who stand out are:-Magicarp who evolves into Gyrados, legendary and fierce known almost to all.-Feebas who evolves into Mitolic, a magnificent dragon who helps you in battles and contests.-Abra who evolves into Kadabra, who is the oldest and one of the strongest psychics there is.These are the ones who I think get tremendous strength later:-Charmander who evolves into Charizard.-Torchick who evolves into Blaziken.-Beldum who evolves into Metagross.-Squirtle who evolves into Blastoise.

Agreed. I fought for the longest time to get my Gyarados to own everyone, and it eventually came to fruition for me, but the instant he evolves, he isn't strong. The train still has to work on him to get him to be a worthwhile Pokémon.I would have to agree with both Abra and Magikarp. Abra only knows Teleport but once it evolves it becomes a powerful Kadabra. Same with Magikarp, really feable Pokemon turns into one of the strongest in the game.

First I would say Magikarp, but then...after thinking I would say... Abra, Mime Jr or Bonsly... well i guess Magicarp is still weaker...

i think most people who are familiar with the old school pokemon (red and blue) will agree that magikarp is the most worthless pokemon that eventually evolves in the badass gyrados. i always fed my magikarp rare candies, keeping it out of my pokemon lineup, till it evolved

Magikarp and Feebas have amazing evolutions, considering that their unevolved forms are pathetic fish. Both evolve into monsters. No need for them to continue using Splash, so break out the HMs!
