The worst is finding cheats that work... or putting them into a NDS action reply manually lmfao! Pokemon for me is just for fun, pure fun.

Worst part is how the plot is the same, and how the pokemon looks degrade.Don't forget the part in which to get those legendary that switch maps each time you do and run if you don't have a master ball...

The worst part of Pokemon is the AI. Its the 5th generation, and the AI is no more complicated than "select a move, ~1/4th chance for all moves, tiny tiny tiny chance to switch". I appreciate the difficulty in creating realistic AI that take into account battle probabilities and such, but come on. Can't they at least make them choose SE moves so they can be predicted? Or have some better mechanic for choosing switches?

for the game it would be the annoying lvling (takes hours and hours)for the anime it would be all the talk and not enough action

the worst part is leveling your starter pokemon, cause u want it be stronger but instead its weak like crap..evs and ivs and nature..yeah...99% of the time their total crap on a starting pokemon

Worst part.... the slow leveling up.Or no wait the fact that its only 8 badges after so many game releases! Why couldnt they be more like Gold or Silver were u can get 16 badges!?

I agree the start is way to slow. Everyone knows how pokemon works. Yes I know i must choose a starter. Yes I must realize my goals to be the best pokemon trainer ever. No I don't care that your pokemon are cute. Give me my bike at the begging thank you very much. Allow me to skip all the flashing before every battle. I already know what I must do you don't need to tell me over and over in every game.sorry I meant to say start not begging. Honest mistake!

For me, it's searching for rare Pokemon to show up. I usually search for 20+ minutes before actually finding the Pokemon I am looking for, and Pokemon such as Latias and the three legendary beasts (Entei, Raikou, and Suicune) naturally take even longer to track down.

this kind of thing almost takes my desire to play ..The worst part would have to be the long hours trying to reach level 100. and that gets more fustrating when you have to fight the elite over and over.

i think the pokemon games are too short. g/s/c were good for me. heartgold/soulsilver were even better because the battle frontier was added. but i still think the pokemon games can be longer. i wished the elite four would be in their 80's and the plot would take me a while longer to reach them or there was a lot more to do after i beat the elite four.

Mostly it would be the slow gameplay; such as moving around, which takes to long, specially when looking for a specific pokemon; leveling, which is so due to the lack of strong npc's making leveling to 100 a pain without cheating. Another pain is the fact that the game lacks inovative gameplay; the only things that have changed in all these years are the region, the pokemon's (while still quite similar to the older pokemon's, thus lacking that "wow" factor), item's, graphics, etc., while the base princip remains unchanged. The whole gameplay has been re-used over and over again, making it somewhat tiresome people (like me). It's not that I hate the serie, but come on game freak, put some inovation in it...

I havent been a fan of the newer Pokemon games on DS starting with Diamond and Pearl. But I liked the G&S remakes. To me the newer games just seem tacky and instead of making he games deeper, they've just created a new map, 100 or so new furry blobs and polished up the graphics a bit. Or maybe I'm just getting older? I dunno...

Trying to get those pokemon that would change areas all the time. I even do the cheap ways like changing areas constantly, but I never managed to get them without cheating or by being completely unprepared.

I kinda agree, but it is so satisfying after its over.
