My first anime was DBZ which was the episode of seeing Goku the first time coming to the rescue and taking down the once I thought unbeatable Nappa in just 3 or 4 hits made me jumpin exited and hooked on for the rest of the series and movies.

Yeah I basically watched most of what you guys said when I was a little kid first diving into anime. I didn't really know it was Japanese animation though.

The first one I actually liked, and spread my interest in Anime was Inu Yasha. The whole fantasy/demonic/futile era style was quite catchy! The first I can remember ever watching though was DBZ.

My first anime when i have a new DVD is Chrono Crusade..My first anime when I seen in television is .. Sorry I Forgot. Maybe Saint seiya or Zenki ( I like it) or BT X. is 10 years ago...

my brother loves anime so he put it on but neither him nor i can remember its name but it was definetly fighting and it always has been

Wooh, difficult one. I don't remember the order in which I saw them as a kid so I'll just list them:Ulysses 31, Family Robinson, Heidi, Macross aka Robotech, Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs (Star Musketeer Bischmarck in Japan), Transformers, Candy Candy, Doraemon, Gundam, Sailormoon, Dragonball, City Hunter, and probably a lot more.I guess there's a lot of good anime when you are born in 1979 :-)

Samurai Pizza Cats when I was really young, I can only remember it because my dad told me about it. The earliest anime I can remember is Neon Genesis Evangelion. Some messed up stuff for a 7 year old to watch, but cartoons are cartoons right? Haha, I have no regrets.

My very first anime would have to be Ronin Warriors, very oldschool. I went out and bought my brother the DVDs to it, I think he liked it. But you look at it now, and you see, how bad it was... lol

HWAAA, I don't really remember whether it was Ranma 1/2 or Sailor Moon. Either way, I still like them!!! It just sucks that I can't find the original Sailor Moon episodes anywhere. Oh well, I still have my memories!

lol im also very new to anime but since im only 15 now i got addicted about an year ago and im assuming when u say anime ur refering to proper anime not stuff like pokemon and american cartoons like mickey mouse and ect ect mine would be the cowboy bebop movie they were showin a latenite rerun on SBS and i cant sleep so i watched it and it was after that i got addicted to anime but if u include pokemon and all then it would be pokemon
