It was either episodes of Robotech or the american version of Miyazaki's Nausicaa called "Warriors of the Wind"

Warriors of the wind for me ^^. I only found out they cut the english version to bits compared to the jap version

I lived in Japan so when i was little i saw alot of anime, too bad i couldnt undersaynd most of it, yet i still watched it.Doubght these where the very first, but here they areI dont remeber all the names of them eitherDBZDBGTTransformersSome show with a monkey that flew on a cloudAstro Boy( rented at run down video store when i was like 4)ANother robot anime that came on early in morning

Voltron, I remember when it came on when I was a kid and as soon as I saw giant lion robots link together to form an even BIGGER giant robot I was like "omgsweet" and from then on I was hooked.

Mine was Sailor Moon, when I was 6. Long before I saw the wonders of Inuyasha and Ruroni Kenshin. Probably because they hadn't been released in America yet.
