For me, its a tie between Jet Force Gemini and Conker's Bad Fur Day. But still the Banjo Kazooie games were pretty fun aswell.

i like a game called conqure and comand it kicks buttand perfect dark , conqure and comand , smas bros , and lots more n64 as the best back when!!!!

Perfect dark and diddy kong racing, and also Banjo-Kazooie...those were some of the best that the n64 had to offer.
