Well it was a natural decision. I love Nintendo, I bought a NES/Super Nes/N64 so not buying a GC would've looked rather silly.

Initially, I only got it 'cause of smash bros which I thought was an amazing game. But then I discovered Phantasy start online wich made me want to get more games for the system.

i bought a cube because it was a great after thanksgiving's day sale and my bro split all the costs with me. And I had played many of the games before and couldnt do without smashbrothers melee.

I bought a gamecube because I wanted the gameboy player so I could play my megaman games on my tv.pokemon doesn't look to bad on it either...

I bought a Gamecube because I was a total Nintendo fanboy at the time.I even got one the day before release because the shop I reserved one at called the afternoon before to tell me I could come and pick it up

I got a gamecube in the first place because my gf was looking at one two day's before christmas (back when they were 120$) and i said to her "Never know what santa will bring you " and christmas morning under her tree, *GASP* a gamecube! two day's later she leaves it at my house and keep's it here.

I bought a cube 1st for the durability & 2nd for the controllers that are really cool. There are some games that are best played on the cube & others that are only for cube as well.
