Haha, yes. I always like to play my DS whenever I feel tired, or depressed, or had a sucky day. lolz, the DS is like my bff. >.>; Which is unhealthy, as I'm sure everyone knows, but still.

Sometimes.. it depends on what I need exactly the issue i'm having is. But I typically would go to other things first before I go to my DS to be cheered up

it cheers me up when i am shopping with the gf and i have nothing to do but sit in different shops for hours at a time this thing is a life saver

Yeah, usually when I'm bored or sad, I just go on my Ds and all my troubles goes away

As everyone else says, it depends on the game. I play on those days I feel like I just want to be alone (for no apparent reason)

If I'm dying or losing in a game, then at that point my Nintendo Ds is not cheering me up. But when I'm bored it does overall cheer me up. =]

Lol i use mines on the bus makes the time go by fast and i dont have to hear all the people talking on the bus its like i zone out

no it isn't, why? because only my real-world-happiness that can make me really, really happy, such as travelling, shopping, etcfor me, my DS are only for playing pokemon

playing my ds (or any fun video game system for that matter) kinda cheers me up when i am in a bad mood, but i tend to find other sources that cheer me up better (such as a funny anime to watch). my ds cheers me up the best when i beat a difficult boss or accomplish some kinda goal in the game

Yes, my Wii and my DS do that for me. They always make me happy. And make me forget the problems.
