Sure does! That's why I chose the DS from the PSP because of the FUN-factor that I can get from playing it's interactive games with the help of the touchscreen. (Although some games doesn't abuse the capability of the touchscreen) Hehehe...

Cheer up ? Recording to me DS won't cheer up as you say, it helps us overcome sadnesses, makes us feel more comfortable , But you also say right, lack of it will make me disappointed. The truth is this. Thanks.

The ds really does make me feel alot happier than any other game system. Just the feel of it relaxes my tension, and sends me into another reality where no one can distrub me until I am done.

you play video games to entertain and challenge and so many other thingsfor me video games provide an escapeas far as cheering me up is concerned...if it helps me escape from some worries for a short while, it's done its job

Usually people cheer me up.But otherwise, my DS does come in handy. It really matters what game I'm playing though... Frustrating games with bad graphics don't help much.

Honestly... no... When I'm depressed, I listen to music or to the TV or just sleep. But before a sport game (hockey, badminton) I play a little bit just to remove the pression...

mine doesnt really cheer me up because some time i mess up on it and save over it or since i play emu i delete some of my save files by actident so it kinda makes me feel down
