next version of pokemoj if they make a remake of pkmn yellow they should called it pkmn thunder but if they create new version they should name it pkmn quartz (sound cool huh)

next version of pokemon should have a name like pkmn thunder for an eventual remake of pkmn yellow or in newer versions name like pkmn dark or steel

The new names of the next games are Diamond and Pearl. Some say that those two games are the last handheld game, but I don't believe it is true, since the francise is going strong.EDIT: By the way, the new versions are for the DS.

whatever the names are, one thing i hope is that...they would NEVER EVER use the periodic table of elements for them!i heard my big brother say that since they used silver and gold, they should use uranium, neptunium and whatever.... OMG!! What if they suddenly used Pokemon HYDROGEN/OXYGEN???? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!They should use Pokemon Spectrum for the final version, it means there's a reunion of colors...

How about pkmn adamantium and pkmn mithral versionsthey should bring out pokemon adamantium and they should make it soo hard like wolverines adamantium, so its nearly unbeatable

I bet the next one would be pokemon purple or pokemon rainbow but then they would come up with new pokemon regions and characters. That would be a hard time one day when they cant come up with anyhting pokemon would die that would be the day

lol... The current newest official version is Pokemon : Gale of Darkness... I hope they will have a Pokemon Thunderyellow... which is like yellow but with the new features of leafgreen and firered....

Well considering that the "newest version" of Pokemon is Diamond and Pearl, both neutral white/clearish colors you could assume that they may end up making another color scheme soon for the DS, Perhaps go with their traditional Red/Blue scheme? or something different? Me personally would like to see a current generation of Yellow Version with Pikachu, or and electric Pokemon available at start, Perhaps call it Pokemon Topaz? Pikachu/Riachu has always been my favorite (yeah its cliche but so what), and Electric is my favorite type, but they always take a back seat to Fire and Water, and even Grass types.And maybe a Black version of Pokemon where YOUR the bad guy for once, stealing and enslaving pokemon? (hehe). Pokemon Shadow or Onyx?Or do a pokemon version where instead of catching pokemon, you recruit other trainers who each have their own pokemon, and you swap them out instead? (maybe save that one for a console).Wait Wait, epiphany, a Pokemon MMO? who knows? Only time will tell....

Well, a longer adventure, more badges, all pokemon, a better graphic and more secrets. I am sure this will make the best pokemon game.
