I have completed using cheat.You can never complete without cheat in any of the version.

Simply drop by USA while its having events, grab the event tickets and unobtainable lengendaries are yours OR you can simply trade the unobtainable lengendaries from someone via WiFi in D/P.

in pokemon red i needed mew couldn't get it without cheating and moltres as when i got to it and tried to catch it my box was full

I've completed my Pokedex in the Leafgreen version, only 50 more to go to finish Blue though.

Not even close. On all the versions I have played, I have only captured about fifty Pokemon. It seems very difficult to do without using cheats.
