Pretty much any piece of music from the first Tenchu. One of the best PS soundtracks ever.

The opening theme from Legend of Mana is very pretty.In fact, the whole soundtrack is amazing. It's really fitting for the game's setting and worlds.

I thought the Song of Mana from the Legend of Mana was awesome. I still listen to it sometimes.

I like rockman 8 opening theme song, it's cool and dragon ball ultimate battle 22 ending theme, slow but really good.
