GBA followed closely by SNES. I like playing the handheld games on my computer and I like the old games, but its so hard to find SNES games these days that I want to keep mine intact, so rather than play them, I emulate them.

GBA because it has Millions of unique games and a whole bunch of Ports. I would say SNES because DK Country was cool but, you can play it on GBA, too.

I would say GBA, its the only emulator it runs except for SNES and NES... and a few DS roms. Also GBA is a big hit... it was the biggest hand held ever to hit the market as well... has some really good games too. I would then go for SNES... has some really good classical RPGs such as Chrono Trigger and FF 1-5. (I never played 6... although they remade FF6 on GBA... which was originally FF3 on SNES)

the SNES is the best emulator because u can play games like chronotrigger and final fantasy 1,2,3 the originals not the remakes for the emulator on the computers and Super mario RPG the legend of the seven stars. personally i own a GBA and most of the good games so its that easy i own chronotrigger final fantasy 2,3 the remaks becuase the originals are coming out on the psp which im going to buy and i own like 3 copies of mario RPG and i used to Play my SNES more than any of my systems tell the 360 and the wii came out

I prefer gba, the requirement for system is not so low compared to NDS, and there are a lot of good games on it.
