i have one and use it daily. i don'ty like the fact that they keep your data if you try to leave though.

yeah, i have Facebook and Friendster, but i don't have myspace. Not exactly great, but also interesting at times.

Yep, I've got one (I've had one ever since they opened it up to all people instead of just college kids), and I'll friend just about anyone.

Lol @ person saying myspace is a better social networking site...It's so much harder to use it.I have a facebook0rs. It's kinda a tiny addiction I have since I moved away from home.

I don't have a facebook. Haha, I know it sounds unbelievable. I didn't understand why people liked it when it was called Friendster, nor did I get it when it was called MySpace. (I know that there are many differences, but fundamentally, they are the same to me)

I dont have facebook either. I just didnt want to make one, i mean every says make one or somthing but ive been told that so many times i just got pissed at facebook and said"im not gonna make one seems boring". Frankily i dont have the time to waste on sites like them, DGEMU is already enough for me.I dont get why i should join. I mean if i join facebook people are going to make me join myspace, bebo, twitter ect ect. I mean is there even a diference.

I've a facebook account which originated due to the fact that I needed to register to see some of my sister's wedding pictures that a cousin posted.Do I use it much? Only when someone requests of me to be their friend. I think its kind of a waste of time though, I already see half the people there on a daily basis so why do I have to include them in my virtual life as well? Honestly, what's the fun in that?
Try typing the word "fa!l" on dgemu when posting, it appears as succeed. Spell it properly though, F-A-I-L without the dashes, doh!

i have a facebook... and i think it's so much better than myspace! i've even had my facebook since it was only offered to people who had email accounts issued from a college. but now it's open to everyone and i think more people are going on facebook now rather than myspace because it is such a better networking tool and looks way more professional too!i just read through the rest of the posts and really had to comment on people disliking facebook because of...-everyone can see your information-people get stalked-spam emails-waste of timei very much disagree with anyone who says these things. there are so many preferences that you can set so that the first 3 things do not happen. there are several preferences where you can set what information shows exactly to the general public. For me, you actually can't search me unless you're my friend already! if i post on someone else's page it doesn't say my name at all either. all these preferences makes it a lot less likely for a person to get stalked. there are even email preferences where you don't even have to get any emails at all unless its from the administer of the site. you can even block everyone or specific people from sending you messages as well. for those of you saying you don't understand what people use this for, well if you have friends or family you don't see very often and would like to keep in touch with them, then you should get a facebook. but if you're a kid and see your friends basically everyday... you probably don't need/want one yet. people use facebook to share pictures, thoughts, invitations and a whole lot more. if you didn't know, employers are also browsing applicants' facebooks to see what type of person they are. like i said before... it's a great professional networking tool if you know how to use it.anyway, as you can tell. i

I do. I enjoy going on and seeing my friends, even if they're away for the summer. Or say you graduated high school and want to keep in touch with some people you know you probably won't see again. You'd only see "Add Zach as a friend", "Send Zach a message", or "Poke Zach". Even if YOU send me a friend request, you'd only see my info if I added you. Plus, is there anyone who actually puts their address as part of their info? Unless you know EXACTLY who you added, I definitely wouldn't do that. Much too risky.
