my choice would be eevee because u can evolve him into like 5 differnent types

Eevee, more options to evolve into, And I always have liked the Dragon type the best, but closly followed by Ice and lightning

Out of the one's listed i would pick Abra and the type i pick is Fire.

I love Eevee, it's actually my favourite, and though I like dark and dragon types, Espeon is my favourite evolution for Eevee

If I could, I would start with Horsea or Oddish. Water and grass are my favorite Pokemon elements. Plus Kingdra and Bellossom are amazing Pokemon when used correctly.

I would start with a Ralts if it got changed to have attacks at a low level...

latios or latias would be pretty neat...i wouldnt mind bagon either dragon types are cool

I'd choose Bagon or Dratini. My favourite type of Pokemon is Dragon-types.

I would start outg with eevee as it can evolve to any type and is pretty fast. The hard part is chooseing what to evolve it into.

I will love to start with the little un-evolved dragon. It is so cute. But once it evolved, so ugly and nasty looking.

Without a doubt eevee, and i dont really care if i have to go broke forcefeeding protein down its throat to make it like me, but i'd get it to evolve into umbreon for sure.Yay umbreons...

i would have lapris. it kicks butt all the time.I'm just really interested in what other ppl wish they could choose as a starting pokemon besides the orginal 3 in each game
I also like to know what type most ppl like as well...Ghost and Steel are left off the list since I can only put 15 choices and there are 17 types (at least before this newest pokemon release)forgot to say that I would choose Eevee and that I love normal type the most cause they seem to have the most flexibilty

Oh heck yeah, I'd start with a Magnemite. Those things are buffed beyond all belief.Electric, Steel, Bug, and Dark types are my personal favorite.
