Sephiroth for Kingdom Hearts was definitely one of the coolest fights ever. I absolutely loved it, though the fight for KH2 seemed a whole lot easier...

the best villain for the ps2 would be: (not in any order)Seymour from Final Fantasy X (he keeps dying but coming back)Metal Gear Solid villains (they're all cool in their own unique ways)

Sephiroth from FF7 is really scary and is by far the most unfavorite villain (in my opinion) to be brought into games
