Yeah that would be my choice as well.Sephiroth from KH (FF7 originally)he's the greatest villain of all time! He's actually scary and never ceases to impress in battle. Simply put, epic villain.

Omega Weiss from FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus is my favorite from PS2. Of all time has to be Sephiroth from FFVII. He's just bloody awesome!

Why all people say Sephiroth ? it's off topic ! It's an villain from the PS2 ! ... than I will go with an off topic caracter too, Lucas Blight in suikoden 2. That is a freaking bad guy.
