N64 was so epicly amazing. It had so many amazing games. Mario Kart 64 is still the best one in the series. Ocarina of Time set world records for copies sold in it's time. Super Mario 64 was amazing. Plus you had Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Majora's Mask, Donkey Kong 64, Diddey Kong Racing, the original Conker's Bad Furday.... I could go on and on.

I was actually at a gathering where we were playing old N64 party games (Diddy Kong Racing, Mario Party 3, and we could have done Goldeneye if the cartridge wasn't messed up), and it brouht back so many memories from when my N64 still worked. It was definitely a great system.

I think the N64 is still great.I mean I still prefer playin them over the current games. The graphics may be lame comparatively but you don't find epic adventure games like legend of zelda or aidyn chronicles anymore.

The Nintendo 64 was by far the greatest console of its time. It was the start of many series that now prove legendary. Some examples : James Bond, Rainbow Six (Splinter Cell spawned off Rainbow Six). I don't think any other system would've satisfied me back then. I am still amazed with it.

Nintendo 64 was the good old days. It started so many genres, and forgive Atari, but i feel the N64 is the real father of videogames.

I loved many games for the N64. Among my top favorites is Banjo-Tooie...now I'm kind of glad that Microsoft bought Rare. :P

The N64 was the stuff! I still own the console and play it all too frequently. After all, there's nothing like going back to your roots when it comes to video games! :P I think my favorite game though was Zelda: Ocarina of Time. No matter how many times I played it, it never really got boring!

I loved my Nintendo 64. It was my first true console, since my SNES belonged to my sisters. Heck, we traded in a Sony Playstation to buy the console! It's even survived a TV falling on it. (Unfortunately, the game in it...did not. The TV survived too, though.) The Nintendo 64 and the SNES seem to share most of the best games of several series, (and of course, other systems of the generation as well) so definitely, it's really a very good system.

You say "for it's time". I say it's still great! Not only did it come in more colors than the Gamecube (just aesthetics, but still), the games were sturdier for not being on discs. Sure, you might not be able to fit as much on a cartridge, but it has its own specialness to it. There were SO many good games for it! There were less duds that I played on N64 than for Gamecube.

|It certainly made nintendo far ahead of its competitors but Gamecube and the later Wii were just letdows bc of the minimal features and poor graphics
