Harvest Moon Series are totally different from other games... Even if you get bored, you can finish it later. So I voted No

I never got bored of it. I may have sat it aside to play something else, but never cause I was bored of it. It is addicting and if nothing else, it is far better than staring at a wall while GF/Sisters try on cloths or something...

Getting help from the Harvest Spirits makes the game lose its challenge and gameplay value. I find myself gathering 'weed' for the Spirits so that they'll do all the work instead of doing it myself.

When my character finally got married, I got bored suddenly. :(

Well, that's the life of a married man. =PAs for me, I like the game, I'm actually addicted to it, but after a couple of days of playing it, it gets boring with the same rutine every day.

Well, at first I was so feeling good playing it but when I got to the half of the game, I got bored knowing that I keep on doing things like planting a vegetable and harvest over and over again.

You know, the first HM game I played was HM2 for the GBA.You probably don't know how many hours I spent just chunking along with that. Hell, I don't know how many hours I did. More than 50? More than 100? I managed to play until my 10th year, and spent the first 2 years wasting time watering the grass.I liked HM3, for it has some relation with HM2 - the characters are somewhat the same. And that was back in the day when you had to farm by hand, water by hand, and pray that you don't waste time...Then again, back then there was no mining. Now we have sprites to do all the watering and farming (once you are friends with them, and I prefer to tend to my animals rather than leave that to the sprites), so now we don't have to worry about an actual shape of the crops and can plant to maximise yield per seed packet. Back then we had to make configurations so that we balanced retrieval speed to yield. Then again, back then there was no mining. Nor was there a large NPC population to interact with.Ah, those were the days... I wonder. Was it ever possible to lose in a HM game? They said back then the mayor would check up in 3 years to see if you've improved the farm, otherwise he'll build over the land... is there a "neglect meter" built in the game to see if you've done absolutely nothing helpful? Hmm.But back to topic. Forgive me for my drivel. Can you get sick? I'm certain it can happen. There must be a time when you're struck by the epiphany, "my god, I've done this before" and be struck by another epiphany "my god, I've had this epiphany before" and be struck and struck until you've named more gods on earth than there are in Heaven or Hell. But do I? ... I get hit by nostalgia. But nostalgia only works for old games, so once I play it and make it "new" once more, the nostalgia fades. It's a good cycle.

I have played most of the HM games. All of them are awesome and extremely addicting, but after plugging about 40 hours in I stop...for awhile at least ;)
