I do both. Why? Cause the DS is easier to carry than a laptop and there's always the chance that your data may get screwy. Though I namely only buy 'good' ds games and it's not that often either

I download them. I dont have a DS, so it kinda would be useless to buy DS games.

I download to try and if I like the game I will buy it. That's what I did with the GBA when it was popular and I do it with the DS now. It's along the same deal as renting a game, without the exchange of money.

i download my games too. The existence of the flashcart makes it cheaper for us to access more games. Anyway, most things are downloaded these days.

Just like with CDs and DVDs, If I like the title, I will buy the original. I very much like having multiple games on one chip, songs on an MP3 player, and movies on one disk so I have all these devices and hardly ever actually "use" the original media. I enjoy having the original paperwork and packaging plus there are sometimes added bonus' when you register original stuff.Jimbo

I download most games, but if I enjoy the game a lot and its not just 30 minute time waster I make sure to buy it when I'm at the store, but I don't buy those games that I just spend about an hour playing and then never play again.

I bought most of my games lately, but now I'm getting a chip so i could download games. I found it much more affordable to download games rather than buy them. Each game costs about 30-40$ if you buy them but when you download you just have to buy the chip and download games on this site with DPs, man that's awesome.

I used to buy the games all the time but then I discovered the R4 and couldn't stop DLing. Unfortunately, my R4 has been acting up. :)

I purchase the actual cartridge if I have the funds, otherwise I try them out to decide if they're worth the investment. It's always nicer to have the real thing just in case your flash-cart decides to bite the dust just in time for you to miss a highly anticipated new release.

I both buy and download. Its hard to find free download sites and I think I'm, quite lucky finding this site. I buy wherever I get a chance to buy.

I download them, I don't need to spend money (but sometimes I dislike having to post a lot on the forums just to get a game).
