i buy some games to put money in the gaming industry but i download more since its free

I buy mine. I pretty much just use emulators for older systems that I can't play anymore. NES and SNES and the like.

Please, enlighten me as to how buying an R4 or any flashcart is pointless. I can think of so many advantages of purchasing a flashcart as opposed to simply buying every individual game. I mean, with such a device, you can get games for free, not to mention instantly, and any and every game is at your disposal on this site.The only reasons I can think of that actual games are better is that you physically have the game (a pride thing for many people) and the battery lasts longer. But those reasons are minuscule when compared to the sheer potential of a flashcart. They are definitely not pointless.I just buy games, for me, buying an R4 is pointless

Using an R4 is so much better considering how expensive some games are. I would prefer to buy games but I'm studying and have little money to spend, so the R4 is the way to go.

I got the R4 chip but still waiting for the new DSi to come out on April 4th, and I'm already downloading all the rom I can find, boy, those rom are even more expensive than buying the actual game at the store, how long do I have to wait to 'earn' enough GPs to get the Pokemon???

DSi is the next generation replacing Nintendo DS or DS light, coming out on April 4th, cost US$169.99, comes in only black or white, suppose to be wider/bigger screen, with 2 cameras (one outside, one inside) the GBA slot has been replaced with a SD reader, thinner too. Let's wait and see.

Anyone have a quicker/easier way to d/l DS games, than waiting for GPs?? Download is the cheapest way, but will take very long time to 'wait' for GPs??? Any idea??

I download them all know but I am getting pokemon platium because to be in the video game showdowns you need the game and cant have a R4.

yeah many ds rom website has died off.. so sad.. so difficult to find a website to download all roms now except for DGEmu but has to earn DPss.. no best of 2 worlds..

I generally download them in order to "try before buy". Don't want to fork out money for a game that turns out to be mediocre. However, in special cases such as replacing MegaMan ZX Advent's sounds with Rockman ZX Advent's (not voiceacting, just the normal grunts, battlecries, etc.) I download the ROM.

download them, because its easyer and faster. Money can't be an issue when downloading so you're safe.

I download games that i want to try but if i feel its rlllllly good and i want to collect it i buy it and stash it somewhere.
