I think playing the NDS on the computer is better than having the actual NDS, because you can save it at any time, you get a much bigger screen, and it is FREE! :o The only thing wrong is the games run slower. :o

I got the chip, but for some reason I can't seem to download games into it, so I stick to roms and emulators.Yeap its definitely much better for us to use the chip than to buy the games themselves. Afterall, each chip could store maybe a dozen games for only $40, but to buy a dozen games would cost so much more

If gaming companies are truly serious about not wanting piracy; then one would expect that they'd do something about it - especially since the technology to do so is available to them.

thats terrible logic, piracy exists where ever it is profitable. they tried to stop piracy with the dsi, it doesn't allow you to use the same device, but already they have worked around it. I tend not to mind the usual defenses people use, but this one is just plain wrong.

I buy my games. I do download and play on an emulator, but only games that aren't that great, or if I just want to try them out to see i they're good, so I can buy, and possibly connect with friends and go online.I was wondering, can you connect with other people and go online with the games you put on the chip? If so, where can I get one?

Yes, you can connect, although it's not perfect. There can be a few bugs or whatever, but for the most part, emulated games on a flashcart run like the real thing! If you're interested in purchasing one, I suggest you check out the emulation forums and then look around on Google for some good deals, making sure that the site you're buying from is legit.ishopvideogame.com is a good one, for example.

I bought most of my games lately, but now I'm getting a chip so i could download games. I found it much more affordable to download games rather than buy them. Each game costs about 30-40$ if you buy them but when you download you just have to buy the chip and download games on this site with DPs, man that's awesome.

I download most of my games cause it saves alot of money. If u download a game than you can just delete it but if you buy it and you don't like it ur wasting ur money.

First, i was buying the game for my kid but since a few weeks, i bought a DSTT and now i downloaded them. Majority o games are too expensive and the primary customer are children. Kids cannot afford that...

It's not been long since I bought my DSi, but I bought Chrono Trigger DS with it. Downloading DS games is good when you really can't afford to buy the originals or if you just want to try it out. But I like to buy games when there are good deals or if they are games that I really like, because I like to collect them. I saw another day Dragon Quest IV and New Super Mario Bros. originals with a good price in a local store, so I'm definitely going to buy them.
