I download, just becuase it is easier to have like 40 games on a micro sd versus hauling around that many carts. Plus side is it is cheaper. I can detect no difference in a clean rom versus new cart. Is there really a difference??

I wonder if this is more a question of "morality" or if it a question of how much cash you have.My personal view on this is that I download games to try them out and sample what different companies have to offer (also, not all games come out in north america)As for buying, I do it if I HAVE to have the game, if I'm collecting, or if I'm sure it's a good game. It's sort of a shame that you need to "sample" games before buying them, but there's some games out there that just aren't worth shelling out more than $10 for...

I download the game to preview the game, if it is good, I'll buy the game, if the game is bad, I don't even bother to keep them.

i think downloading is better if you just want to play the game and stuff but if you are someone who likes collecting then i think buying would be more perferable. downloading is also good if you are too lazy to go out to find the game you want to buy :D

I myself do not own a DS, or have a DS emulator downloaded, but i would download games for most systems (the older ones and the handhelds) rather than buying them.

I bought the DS with the intention of buying the R4 along with it. Ordering games online or at the store is a hassle. Not only do you save money but there seem to be much more variety that you can choose to dl/play online than there are in stores.

I've bought a lot of DS games from import-sites. It's been quite easy and cheap since the US currency been particularly low lately buy now I'm starting to lack off so I bought myself a G6 real and that's one of the best purchases I've made so far. I just hope that I wont get any errors with it.
