Either Piccolo or Vegeta, i like the style of his attacks, such as Special Beam Cannon/Makankōsappō and Final Flash.

Where's Piccolo???? In Budokai, he's awesome, with his special beam cannon and stuff, and he has that ki blast (forgot what it's called) that costs half the ki of other characters'. Definitely my favorite.
