Maybe they put it down coz Ashe shows a tiny bit of cleavage lol. Oh FYI, that shoulda been on FFX-2, coz i found out u can pause during the dressphere animations, figure it out boys

i've done every major part of that game and havent really found any reason for it, i think they just wanted a reason to keep it's rating above e 10+

Partial nudity? Where? I didn't even notice that FF12 had a rating for partial nudity.Well, I guess all the viera are pretty scantily clad, not just Fran. So that might be why?

Its the Vierra, Fran's people and that place that is basically a Vierra town. Partial Nudity, not "OHMAGAWD I saw nipple". Just ass >_>

It may not seem like there's any partial nudity but ESRB likes to crackdown on ratings ever since that GTA San Andreas Hot Coffee Mod, keeps the parents confident in the ratings system
