In every version I play(Fire red,Crystal, Emarald),I only get one Master ball......

definitely 99 masterballs in red version... but i dont know how to get 99 master balls in ruby sapphire versions .... my pokemons are about lvl60 and so i couldn stand a chance in battle tower need to find the cheat and get the rare candies ... somebody help me if u can

I tended to use the glitches or cheats to increase the amount of master balls that I own.

that is true i don't like cheating etheir so you only get two master ballsI don't like cheating so usually I get two masterballs per game.

i have 999 master ballsif you have mewtwo and fly to the hidden island you can open the gate to the cave(brail needed)

Without cheats, I have 15 Master Balls because of trading and starting new game every single time. Its the only way to get extra Master Balls.

Ack.I don't know a thing about the glitches, except for in the first few versions.In Blue version, I knew how to get Missingno when I was 8 and how to get a Mew.
